What an incredible adventure this holiday is… It was my first visit to Egypt and I hope not my last. Emma and her dedicated team in Luxor and Hurghada just feels like family – wonderful people! Her stables are so well maintained, the horses beautiful and excellent in their job. Riding through this history of thousands of years on horseback is amazing. In Luxor, you really ride next to great historical sites, the countryside & village life.

Sunset rides, early morning rides and visits to many monuments are on the programme. The optional balloon trip is simply breathtaking. During the visits, Amal was our wonderful guide – she has an enormous knowledge of Egypt today and in the past and tells her stories so very passionately, as if she was there. We not only learned on Egyptian life today and in the past, but also ate great Egyptian healthy food (big fan 🙂 ) and had a traditional Luxor night with traditional music and dancing + performance of the singing chef!

Also in the selected hotels, you immediately feel at home, everyone is very nice and will help you any way they can – I will never forget Costa, he just was there for us all day long, every day. In Hurghada we got to know the desert – what a place of freedom, the sunset ride was stunning, the many pictures prove it. We also enjoyed a fabulous boat trip, a full day with lunch, multiple snorkeling, banana boat, and great sea fun. We even could snorkel right next to the wild dolphins, unforgettable and very magic moment.

On our last day we could play and swim with the horses in the red sea in Hurghada – what a treat! I hope to be able to go back in future, for the Abu Simbel ride maybe. Anyway in Emma’s hands means you are in very good hands. The Ride Egypt team will always help you as much as they can and even make you a tailor made programme (I arrived one day sooner and left 1 day after the scheduled programme).

Also the transfers were perfectly organized. So big thanks to everyone involved in Ride Egypt – What a wonderful experience, and great way to get to know Luxor & Hurghada.
