Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to Cairo! We’ll greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Settle in and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Land of the Pharaohs – Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. Transfer to Fayoum.

Explore the iconic Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx- these ancient wonders that have stood the test of time. You will learn about the fascinating history and architecture of these monumental structures, which have captivated visitors for centuries.

Enjoy a local lunch before transferring by road to Fayoum. Approximately a 1.5h drive from Cairo, this tranquil oasis is nestled amidst the desert landscape.

Experience the thrill of sunset sandboarding, gliding down the sandy dunes as the sun sets on the horizon. Today’s adventure ends with a magical dinner under the stars and camping at Magic Lake.

Days 3 & 4: Fayoum Camping Adventure

Our guests will spend two days exploring Fayoum. Visit Wadi El Rayan, a breathtaking desert oasis known for its stunning lakes and cascading waterfalls. You will also discover Wadi Hitan, known as the Valley of the Whales, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its exceptional fossilized whale skeletons. These ancient marine fossils that lie scattered across the desert landscape offer a glimpse into Egypt’s prehistoric past.

Spend the night camping under the starry sky, lulled to sleep by the gentle whispers of the desert breeze.

Day 5: Bahariya Oasis, Museums & Hot Springs

Bahariya Oasis, located just four hours from Fayoum, is the gateway to some of Egypt’s most stunning desert landscapes.

Start your journey with a drive from Fayoum to Bahariya Oasis. Upon arrival around lunchtime, you will learn about the rich history and culture of the area by visiting the local museum, which showcases artifacts from ancient Egyptian times.

Relax and rejuvenate in the Oasis’s hot springs, renowned for their therapeutic properties. The mineral-rich waters are a perfect way to unwind after your travels.

Spend your first night in a comfortable hotel, enjoying the hospitality and unique charm of Bahariya.

Day 6: Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, and White Desert Camping

After a hearty breakfast, set off around 10 AM in a specially equipped safari camping car. Your first stop is the Black Desert, characterized by its volcanic hills and dark-hued landscape. It’s a stark and beautiful contrast to the typical golden sands of the Sahara. Next, visit Crystal Mountain, known as the “Jewel of the Desert.” Here, large quartz crystals glisten in the sun, offering an incredible photo opportunity and a geological highlight.

Arrive at the breathtaking White Desert, famous for its otherworldly rock formations sculpted by the wind into surreal shapes. As the sun sets, watch the landscape transform into a magical display of colors.

Camp overnight in the White Desert under a canopy of stars. Enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner, with the serene desert as your backdrop. This is a night you’ll remember forever, surrounded by the silent beauty of the Sahara.

Day 7: Explore More of Fayoum

Transfer back to Fayoum for additional tours of its temples and tombs. Stay overnight at a charming guest house, experiencing more of the local culture and history.

Day 8: Transfer to Cairo

After breakfast, transfer back to Cairo. Reflect on your incredible adventure and prepare for your departure.
