As a young female traveling solo for the first time to a land far, far away, I had a bit of reservation when I booked this trip. Not long after booking, Emma got in touch with me and made me feel comfortable and confident in the adventure I was about to embark on. It was truly the experience of a life time!
Emma is phenomenal! Not enough good things can be said about her! She is truly a strong, charismatic, friendly and down to earth woman who makes you feel so welcome. She is amazing at what she does and along with her excellent handpicked team, wonderful facilities and beautiful well looked after horses, the experience was just incredible! Spending new year’s eve Egyptian style is something I won’t soon forget.
During this holiday I was able to see Luxor from so many different ways. On horseback, by camel, by boat, by motorbike, by balloon, on foot. It was never dull and yet never felt rushed either. The holiday was very relaxed due to Emma’s cool management style and so full of culture and learning at the same time. I feel I also made some friendships that will last a lifetime due to the interesting and sweet people I was able to meet during my adventure (Emma included).
Despite the fact I traveled alone to a country people seem to be apprehensive about visiting, I never once felt lonely or scared. To be honest, I actually felt like part of the Ride Egypt family while I was in Luxor. Emma and her team took great care of me! Every guide, driver, stable hand, hotel staff, chef, waiter etc. employed by Ride Egypt went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I never once felt afraid or alone. I cannot stress enough how safe they, along with the people of Luxor, made me feel.
Simply put, enough good things cannot be said about this company you simply must experience it yourself.
