Cairo, Luxor and Hurgarda well organised itinerary. Culture and gorgeous horses could not ask for more.
An amazing holiday for intermediate to experienced riders. All the horses were well looked after and perfectly behaved. The trips included were informative and well worth seeing. From galloping past the pyramids to gallops on open beaches at sunset. Tommy, our guide ensured we always had horses we were comfortable on and was great company. Emma and all her team are amazing and the boutique hotels in each location were clean and comfortable particularly the sweet home hotel, Hurgarda the Manager could not do enough for everyone. I would definitely recommend to any horse rider looking for a fabulous experience. Excellent Multi adventure mini break
Such a lovely trip. Everything was well organised and explained with daily itinerary. Accomodations we nice and made you feel at home. The riding was amazing and varied across the locations and the guides (especially tommy) were all great riders and excellent at matching riders to suitable horses. Rides of a lifetime, galloping past pyramids is the most incredible experience
The rides were fantastic - the horses were very keen and responsive, and as 'spicy' as I had asked for. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The gallops across the desert were just incredible. Yousef was fantastic, he explained what we were doing, and the schedule for the day. On the ride he was very clear about paces, where we needed to be, signaling when to slow / stop etc. He also clearly loves the horses - which makes it so special. Amazing horses and guides in beautiful places
Late February 2026 I flew to Egypt for the Bucket List Destinations tour from Ride Egypt. Everything was well arranged, from pickups to hotels to excursions. We had wonderful guides at every destination, with the ones in Dahab for the riding and snorkeling being especially exceptional. The tour took us from the pyramids in Cairo, to the Bahariya oasis and Black and White Desert, and finally to Dahab. I would advise a small change of program to not have the one very long day of just traveling we had from the oasis all the way to Dahab, but the White Desert is incredible and I would have loved to ride there more. Perhaps an extra day there, and only traveling back to Caïro first, perhaps visiting the museum before traveling further, would have made the one day somewhat less tiring. I was glad to leave the hard stone beds behind though, as I barely slept in Bahariya. The place is amazing other than that and it has some of the best Egyptian food. I will also say that snorkeling at the Blue Hole is an amazing experience, and I wished I could have taken home my wonderful mare from the Mona Lisa Stables in Dahab!

The best horse riding holidays
I have traveled with Ride Egypt twice and it has been the best riding holidays ever ! The trips are well thought, the horses are good (and the team will make sure to find the perfect match for you), the hotels are very pleasant, and the food is sooo good ! But what makes Ride Egypt so exceptional is its passionate, generous and competent team. More than a trip, memories for life
It was an absolutely incredible trip ! More than this, it was a once in a lifetime experience 🤩 The horses were so majestic, well behaved and very well taken care of 🌞 The places were wonderful and everyday felt like magic thanks to he numerous amazing activities and sites we explored 😎 The team on-site was so kind, we shared so many great moments together they became family through the days 🫶 Especially Tommy and Yousef, really thank you so much you made this trip take a whole new level thanks to your engagement and we could feel the passion you had for horses, your country and sharing your knowledge and experience with us at all times ❤️ This is more than a trip, really. In intense mini break in Egypt.
